Good morning/afternoon/evening/night!
For the many students in Bilkent, everyone is aware of a street called Tunus; it is one of the two main destinations in the city for Bilkent's student transportation buses (Sihhiye is the other). I became very intimate with this street very early into my Bilkent days because I needed to find a orthodontist (who could speak English) to continue my dental treatment. It took my mother, father and myself 2 tries to find the perfect clinic located on the beautiful Tunali Caddesi (Caddesi is Turkish for street); though many Pakitanis know of the street's existence, not many have really really experienced it first hand. In this photo essay-esque slideshow of sorts, I'd like to share my personal experiences with you on what I consider my favorite street in Ankara and why I love going to the dentist's (don't be alarmed, I am perfectly sane, shortly you'll know why yourself). From cafe's to clinics, I'll have you covered. Now head down to the 76 bus stop, I'll meet you there!
